Consumer withdrawal notice and model form for distance and off-premises contracts.
Incorporation and contract records
Only the version referenced before contract conclusion and made available for review becomes part of the contract. Consumers also receive the relevant terms, pre-contract information and cancellation information on a durable medium, normally by e-mail.
