Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right, you must inform us — Patrick Irmler, trading as DEEPBURG Digital Science, Bessemerstraße 51, 12103 Berlin, Germany, telephone +49 30 23327288, email mail@deepburg.com — of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we reimburse all payments received from you, including any delivery costs, except supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal communication. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will incur no fee for reimbursement.
If you expressly requested the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you pay a reasonable amount proportionate to the services already performed up to your withdrawal communication, compared with the full scope of the contract, where the statutory conditions for compensation are met.
Early expiry after full performance of services
For a paid service contract, the right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the period if Deepburg has fully performed the service, began only after your express consent, and you also confirmed that you knew your right would expire upon full performance. Deepburg confirms the agreement in accordance with statutory requirements.
