2. Delivery and hosting
This website is hosted on OpenAI Sites and delivered through our Deepburg domain. For users based in the European Economic Area, the Sites data processing addendum identifies OpenAI Ireland Ltd as the contracting entity. OpenAI uses infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare, to deliver and protect published sites.
When you request a page, technical connection data may be processed, including your IP address, the requested resource, request time, browser and device information. The purposes are page delivery, operational security and troubleshooting. Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in providing a reliable, secure website.
Deepburg does not maintain additional website access logs. The retention of hosting logs is governed by the provider’s policies and the applicable service agreement. Further information is available in the OpenAI Sites data processing addendum and OpenAI sub-processor list.
3. Cookies, analytics and embedded services
The Deepburg page code sets no cookies, uses no audience analytics or advertising trackers, and stores no information persistently in your browser. Images, logo, styles and scripts are delivered from this website; fonts are system fonts. There are no contact forms, visitor accounts, embedded maps, videos or social-media plugins. The platform study runs in your browser; its selection is not transmitted or saved.
The hosting infrastructure uses Cloudflare’s __cf_bm cookie to help identify and mitigate automated traffic. We observed this cookie when requesting www.deepburg.com on 30 September 2026. According to Cloudflare, it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. It is set by the hosting infrastructure, not by the Deepburg page code, and cannot be disabled through a control on this page. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation for technical details.
No optional analytics or advertising cookies are provided by Deepburg. The “Cookie information” button explains the hosting cookie; it does not store a consent choice or restrict access to the site.
4. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your address, message and any voluntary details to respond and, where applicable, prepare or perform a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related matters, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in responding. Email providers may act as processors. Closed enquiries are generally deleted after six months unless contracts, legal duties or claims require longer retention.
5. Contracts and client projects
For contracts we process contact, communication, contract, support and billing information to perform the contract and meet legal obligations under Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may also apply to business contacts. Project-specific roles, purposes, recipients, retention and safeguards are agreed before personal data processing begins. If Deepburg acts as processor, an agreement under Article 28 GDPR is concluded.
6. Applications
Applications by email are processed for recruitment under Section 26 BDSG. Application data is generally deleted six months after the process closes unless claims or separate consent require longer retention. This website has no application form.
7. Recipients, international transfers and security
Necessary hosting and email service providers may receive personal data to perform their services. Deepburg does not sell personal data or disclose it for advertising.
Hosting may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. OpenAI Sites does not currently offer regional data residency. The Sites data processing addendum provides for EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision for relevant transfers. Details are described in the Sites data processing addendum and OpenAI’s Sites privacy information. You can contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
The website is delivered over HTTPS. Its page code does not include external trackers or upload functions. These measures reduce unnecessary data flows; technical processing by the hosting service remains necessary to deliver the website.
8. Your rights and complaints
Subject to statutory conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests under Article 21 GDPR. Contact mail@deepburg.com. You may complain to a supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. This website does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
